Whether you want to be stronger, more flexible, learn faster, or get more opportunities, this consultation can help you to identify what might be feasible for your present circumstances and resources towards your training/performance and even career goal, OR if you haven't got a goal, will provide you an easy to follow guide towards a healthy and doable goal. Rates: First session for first time user is FREE. Usual rates: MYR15/session

Cancelation Policy

We highly recommend that you only book for a service/class when you can confirm your schedule. If you have to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your class to avoid a chargeable cancellation fee of up to RM30. Please note that NO refund can be requested if you fail to contact us for cancellation or rescheduling 12 hours prior to your session/class.
